Shipping.

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 48, a tracked 48-hour service. Delivery is free of charge on every UK order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within two working days of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During launch periods and limited releases, dispatch may take up to three working days. If a delay is expected, we will contact you by email.

A confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to Royal Mail, and we are not responsible for orders lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Occasionally a parcel is delayed in the Royal Mail network. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

If your order has not arrived after that period, contact us at info@abdr.uk and we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and resolve it with you.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in a later edition.
